Introducing the NEW 2020 Thompson Okanagan Mobility Access Guide

Advertising opportunities are now available for interested stakeholders

Through the development of a guide that highlights barrier-free travel and experiences, the Thompson Okanagan will be seen by visitors as a destination for all – no matter their mobility access needs and requirements.

Why Should You Be Involved?

It is estimated that there are more than one billion people globally with mobility and visual requirements, with two billion equivalent caregivers – representing almost a third of the world’s population as directly affected by this.

That is why this year, the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association is proud to create its first Mobility Access Guide that will provide information on locations and events that are fully or partially accessible.

We want to showcase our innovative region so that individuals who have mobility access needs can plan their trips and understand the various opportunities that are available in the Thompson Okanagan.
