The goal of Ogopogo Tours is to provide guests with their “best tour ever” while protecting the environment and supporting the community. Their tours feature sustainable practices, organically farmed and boutique/family wineries. In 3 years of operation, they have hosted guests from 28 different countries.
“I grew up here and want the region to be like this for as long as possible. I’m happy to make a living here but I don’t want to harm the environment in the process. More and more people are adding sustainability into their travel plans.“ said Darren Sweet. “Sustainability extends into relationships with guests, venues and suppliers. We personally care for guests from first contact to follow-up and door to door.”
Adonica Sweet added, “We establish a strong relationship with wineries so that we can continue to be sustainable and work together with them. Sustainability means to me, keeping the environment safe & healthy, so that we are healthy & safe throughout our lives and for generations to come.“For more information contact Darren & Adonica, havefun@OgopogoTours.com or call 250-490-6665.
