LOAD UP ON CARBS AT OUR FALL FESTIVAL

Now’s the time to start loading up on some carbs in preparation for those colder months. Save the time and effort of cooking and enjoy a Thanksgiving feast in Sun Peaks as part of our Fall Festival. Once you are done eating, take part in your favourite fall activities such as an outdoor market, street entertainment and a pumpkin decorating contest. Festivities will take place all weekend long from October 5 – 7, 2018.

GET STRONG

Prepare your legs for the powder by heading to your local gym. Doing a variety of strength training and cardio exercises will be sure to have you feeling ready for carving down the mountain. If you’re visiting Sun Peaks this fall try out an Alpine Conditioning class at Black Beaver Athletic, which is designed specifically to get your body strong for the ski season.
