Farm to Table – New Summer Menu
Blue skies and sunshine bring the best of the Okanagan Valley to our tables. Gardens are sprouting and the fresh produce and fruit have begun to roll in to our new summer menu at Sparkling Hill Resort.
Executive Chef Romaine Newell and the culinary team at Sparkling Hill have been working on some very exciting new infusions and flavours. Lavender Honey roasted Duck, Lobster salad, Buffalo cheese and Roma tomato Caprese Naan bread, Calypso Shrimp with Grapefruit salad… Just to name a few. Join us for farm to table dining with our new lunch, dinner and dessert menus at PeakFine Restaurant. Full Vegan menus are also available during lunch and dinner sittings.
