Enjoy a 3 day weekend studying Improv Theatre combined with a historic tour of the town of Valemount.
Experience the thrill and total exhilaration of studying and performing Improv Theatre in the Rocky Mountains combined with a historic town tour. This 3 day course (April 27-29, 2018) is set in a majestic mountain setting that is guaranteed to keep you feeling inspired the entire time.
Start your weekend off with a bus tour learning about the rich local history of the town of Valemount. Local area expert, Art Carson, will keep you on the edge of your seat with his captivating presentation while you are escorted around the town. The afternoon and following days will be enjoyed studying and performing Improv with University Professor and theatre enthusiast of over 40 years, Jeff Jewett.
There are no prerequisites for this course, you could be a seasoned pro or a beginner. Improv theatre is a great way to not only enhance your stage presence, but also improve your personal confidence and boost your memory skills.
This course is open to students 16 & up (Students aged 16-18 require parental consent.)
