Don’t miss your chance to participate in this winters Remarkable Experiences Workshop!

Thompson Okanagan Tourism together with Destination BC is launching another year of building helping stakeholders build Remarkable Experiences. The winter sessions are taking place:

  • January 23/24
  • February 21/22

One focus for this session will be culinary and farm to table experiences however we encourage any interested tourism stakeholder to sign up for the sessions.

Participants will have a tremendous opportunity to analyze and develop or reinvent your product offering and to assist building online and social media presence with hands-on tools and advice from industry experts in the online world. Tools provided will help make it easier for visitors to research, book, and ultimately broadcast to their social network about their remarkable experience they had at your remarkable experience.

This program successfully launched in 2015 as a pilot with 10 of our Rail Trail operators and continued last year with a focus on winter non-ski product. This fall a community cluster is in progress which has included stakeholder from Sun Peaks, Kamloops and surrounding areas of the Shuswap and up to Wells Gray.  Each workshop has been extremely well received by all of the participants attending.

Cost for the program is $450.00 and includes the four full day sessions plus an hour and a half of one on one coaching.
