Mission Hill Family Estate is proud to announce a new community partnership with the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation to host Kelowna’s ‘Festival of Trees’ celebration. This holiday event will unite local businesses with the community for an important cause – to raise much-needed funds for BC Children’s Hospital. The event will run from November 24th, 2017 to January 5th, 2018.
For years, the ‘Festival of Trees’ has become a holiday fundraising tradition in communities across British Columbia. This season Mission Hill Family Estate will be transformed into an enchanted forest of brilliantly decorated trees highlighting the wonderful fragrances and magnificent colours of the season.
“BC Children’s Hospital provides world-class care for children in our community and families across this province,” states Anthony von Mandl, Proprietor of Mission Hill Family Estate. “We are delighted to host Kelowna’s ‘Festival of Trees’ celebration to support the urgent needs of the hospital. I believe the ‘Festival of Trees’ is destined to become a meaningful holiday tradition at Mission Hill for years to come.”
Local residents and guests to the region are invited to visit the winery to view the holiday display, and make a donation to vote for their favourite trees. All funds raised will go directly to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
