Urban Distilleries’ Craft Spirits Honoured with Medals

British Columbia’s Urban Distilleries Wins Six Medals Including Gold for its Paul’s Tomb Gin at the 2017 International Spirits Competition SIP Awards
Urban Distilleries was awarded one Gold and two Bronze Medals at the 2017 International Spirits Competition SIP awards as well as two Silver and a Bronze Medal at the 2017 San Francisco World Spirit Competition.
“Our craft distillery produces ‘Ultra-premium and All-natural’ products which are meticulously handcrafted in small batches with traditional artisan copper stills, combining local natural base ingredients with pristine BC waters. We are proud to showcase what BC is crafting on the international stage,” says Master Distiller & CEO, Mike Urban, from the distillery floor in Kelowna, BC.
Paul’s Tomb Gin, which was launched last year, received a Gold Medal at the 2017 International Spirit Competition SIP Awards. It also received a Silver Medal from the 2017 San Francisco World Spirit Competition. Urban Distilleries’ Spirit Bear Gin was awarded a Silver Medal from the 2017 San Francisco World Spirit Competition and a Bronze Medal at the 2017 International Spirit Competition SIP Awards. The Spirit Bear Vanilla Bean Vodka won Bronze Medals in both Competitions.
