Red Seal Cook Refresher Courses

Are you ready to complete your Red Seal Cook certification?

Okanagan College is offering a 10-day (60 hours), hands-on refresher course designed to prepare culinary professionals to challenge both the practical assessment and the final written Red Seal exam.

Two sessions available:

Session 1: Sep. 5-15; 10:30am-5:10pm (Mon-Fri)

Session 2: Sep. 18–29; 10:30am – 4:30pm (Mon–Fri)

Admission Requirements:

  • Participants must be pre-approved by the Industry Training Authority (ITA) to challenge the certification. This approval process typically takes four weeks to complete.
  • Valid FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate.
