Are you ready to complete your Red Seal Cook certification?
Okanagan College is offering a 10-day (60 hours), hands-on refresher course designed to prepare culinary professionals to challenge both the practical assessment and the final written Red Seal exam.
Two sessions available:
- Participants must be pre-approved by the Industry Training Authority (ITA) to challenge the certification. This approval process typically takes four weeks to complete.
- Valid FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate.
