Food Primary and Liquor Primary Licensees
The new Licensee Education Program will be delivered in Vernon, Kelowna, and Penticton from May 30-June 1, 2017. Offered by the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch, the education sessions provide licensees with practical knowledge to better navigate BC’s liquor laws and successfully operate their establishment. Two sessions are available each day, please visit the list of calendar events for specific details.
The program currently focuses on topics of interest to food primary and liquor primary licensees, including:
- Updates on recent liquor policy changes
- Providing safe and responsible service
- Keeping a licence in good standing
- Steps to a successful liquor inspection
The program will be expanded in the future to include all other licence types.
