Farm to Table at Penticton Lakeside Resort
We are very proud to announce our latest video release. Our digital team were able to sit down with Executive Chef, Chris Remington, at the Penticton Lakeside Resort to discuss his passion for using locally-grown ingredients in his dishes.
Once again, we are reminded how lucky we are to live in such an abundant region with optimal growing conditions. In the Okanagan, farm to table is our reality and it’s something we should all take pride in.
Our team, with incredible videography by Seger Nelson, have captured the essence of this, and the Resort’s use of FlowHives to ensure their bees are not disturbed in the extraction of honey.
