The Prestige Harbourfront Resort Salmon Arm announces new CanFitPro certified trainer to its Athletic Club, and also confirms Don Cherry’s Sports Grill to open May 1st
The Prestige Harbourfront Resort Salmon Arm’s Athletic Club is now offering its members another great reason to join. In addition to state-of-the-art equipment and a welcome atmosphere for all fitness levels, the club will now also be home to a CanFitPro certified trainer.
Stefanie Willey will be working out of the gym by appointment, and will be offering services such as circuit training, sports-specific training, and other personal development and lifestyle counselling services such as tailored dietary regimens for those looking to either lose weight or gain muscle.
Part of the Aspire 2 B Fit organization, Willey is excited to lend her expertise and training skills to residents of Salmon Arm and offer them an elevated fitness experience.
For information on the Athletic Club’s memberships, please call the resort at 250-833-5800, and for information on Stefanie’s rates and availability, contact her directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 1-250-463-3681.
The Prestige Harbourfront Resort is also pleased to be confirm that Don Cherry’s Sports Grill is set to open its doors on May 1. The new sports-themed restaurant and lounge was announced in March to much positive reaction from local residents who were excited to welcome a new dining and entertainment establishment to the community.
Operators Bert Duss and Wendy Davie, who currently operate the resort’s Aquatico Bay and Sandbar Pub, say they’re eager to finally open Don Cherry’s.
“This is an exciting new venture for us, and we feel it will be very well-received by the residents of Salmon Arm and the guests of the Prestige Harbourfront Resort,” says Duss.
Sebastian Hofstetter, General Manager of the Prestige Harbourfront Resort, says both Don Cherry’s and the addition of Aspire 2 B Fit and Willey’s services are welcome changes at the property. “We’re pleased to be growing the services that our resort offers its guests and community members. Being able to now provide a new and exciting dining option is going to breathe new excitement into the resort. And I think that community residents will also greatly benefit from being able to hire Stefanie to help them pursue their fitness goals,” he says.
Renovations to the existing Sandbar Pub, which will officially close at 4 p.m. on April 30, are almost complete and the new look and menu will be unveiled when Don Cherry’s opens at 11:00 a.m. on May 1st.
Prestige Hotels and Resorts will remain the sole owners of the resort and dining spaces, leasing out the food and beverage operations to Duss and Davie. The lounge will be one of five Don Cherry’s locations in British Columbia, all of which are owned or operated by Prestige Hotels and Resorts properties. Other locations include Vernon, Smithers, Prince George, Prince Rupert and Cranbrook.
