Music is Alive in the Shuswap!

Live Outdoor Music Every Night of the Week

Live music thrives in the Shuswap.  This summer,  every night of the week live outdoor music is planned somewhere throughout the region.

The week starts off in Sicamous on Monday nights, at the Beach Park.  Tuesday the scene shifts to Chase, with Music on the Lake.  Wednesday is the ongoing Wednesday on the Wharf in Salmon Arm. Thursday finds Music in the Bay in Blind Bay and Jazz at the Plaza in Salmon Arm.  Friday Nights Live is in Scotch Creek on the North Shuswap, and Saturday Nights Live brings the tunes to Salmon Arm.  Sunday nights find Music on the River, from Grindrod to Enderby.

The 24th annual Roots and Blues festival August 19-21 will bring three days of world-class acts to the Shuswap, with headliners including Whitehorse and Matt Andersen.  Come early and join in the Music Crawl throughout the pubs and cafes of the Salmon Arm.  Check out RootsandBlues.ca for the complete schedule and line up.

And that’s not all!  Check ShuswapTourism.ca for all the latest musical offerings in the Shuswap.
